2. Pre-Orders

The SP-1 hybrid saddlebag/backpack is currently available as a pre-order product.

• Payment is collected at the time of order.

• Estimated shipping for all pre-orders is September 2025. This timeline may shift slightly based on production or transit delays.

• Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of product defect or fulfillment error.

• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped using the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order. If you enter the wrong address and the order is already shipped, it is your responsibility to resolve it with the carrier. We cannot reship or refund in this case.

• Shipping transit times may vary. We are not responsible for slow transit, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

• If your package is lost or stolen, check with your neighbors, building, or security systems (Ring, etc.). You may also file a claim with USPS, UPS, or the carrier used.

• We do not issue refunds due to shipping delays or missing packages caused by the shipping carrier.

• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We offer a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects.

This does not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, or modifications.

• Warranty claims must include photo evidence and be submitted by email.

• If the item can be repaired, we will repair it. If not, we will send a replacement.

• If you reject a warranty replacement and request a return instead, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• Free gifts and promo items are not covered under warranty.

Outside the 30-day window, issues are no longer our responsibility.

5. Product Use & Liability

All gear is used at the rider’s discretion. Throttle Twist MFG is not responsible for:

• Any potential rubbing, wear, or damage to motorcycles caused by our bags

• Any damage to personal belongings stored inside our products

• Any injury or accident associated with product use

Use proper installation, secure attachment, and common sense. Ride safe.

6. Promo Codes & Pricing

• Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded in order to re-order at a new sale price.

• Product prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Customizations are not guaranteed and depend on availability and production capacity.
