Pre-Orders Are Final Sale

All SP-1 pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

30-Day Warranty

We stand behind our gear.

• All products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

• This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or user modification.

• If the item can be repaired, we’ll repair it. If not, we’ll send a replacement.

• Free gifts and promo items are not covered under warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, email info@throttletwist.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Shipping Errors & Delivery Issues

• If you enter the wrong shipping address and your order has shipped, it’s your responsibility to resolve it with the carrier.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they are in the hands of the carrier.

• Claims for missing packages must be submitted through USPS, UPS, or the relevant shipper.
